Detached Style Single-Family Homes
The median price of homes on the market in Aurora remained fairly steady in the month of November, going from $225,500 in October to $224,900 in
November. On the other hand, the average price of homes sold during the month of November rose from $204,500 in October to $209,000. The number of homes
on the market dropped substantially during the month of November, from 1,448 units in October to 1,299. Unfortunately the number of homes sold during that
time also dropped from 156 in October to 128 in November. Likely, most of the reduction in inventory resulted from listings being cancelled or expiring over
the winter months. This fostered an over-all reduction in inventory from a 7-month inventory of homes in October to 6.8 months in November.

Attached Style Single-Family Homes
The median price of homes on the market in Aurora remained fairly steady in the month of November remaining at $189,900. On the other hand, the
average price of homes sold during the month of November fell from $174,950 in October to $170,875. As was the case with detatched style homes,
the number of attached styles homes
on the market dropped substantially during the month of November, from 628 units in October to 572. The number of homes sold during that
time rose from 60 in October to 68 in November. As was the case with detached homes in Aurora, likely, most of the reduction in inventory
resulted from listings being cancelled or expiring over the winter months. Despite this reduction, it wasn't enough to reverse the growing
inventory of attached homes - rising from a 2-year high of 7.7 months in October to a new high of 8.2 months in November.
